The Engineer Development Program is a field-based development initiative designed for newly graduated engineers from selected university engineering departments. Over the course of 10 months, participants gain hands-on experience in both underground and open-pit mining operations across various locations. The program provides opportunities to apply and expand their theoretical knowledge in real field conditions while engaging closely with blue-collar operations.
Through our Operator Development Program, we aim to both increase regional employment and train the next generation of miners. Over a 9-month journey, participants gain hands-on experience in three specialized roles: Jumbo Operator, Shotcrete Operator, and Blaster.
